Does anyone know the VP pay range at Amex in New York? Thanks!
What are the bank levels? VP MD - managing director ED - executive director SVP?
Generally it goes Analyst Associate Vp Executive director Managing director In that order
That is typical of banks but not for Amex. Amex insiders can correct me, but it is more along the lines of Manager Sr Manager Director VP SVP EVP
Barclay is correct. Analyst is the lowest, then manager, senior manager, etc.
And there are three levels of VP (B45, B50, B60) and they are far from equal.
Are those equivalent to VP, SVP and EVP? Or are they within the VP-only band?

there are a few vp levels. At the lower end you can expect around 180k with 30-40% bonus. At the higher end, $250k with 50-60% bonus. keep in mind an amex vp is much higher than a regular bank vp. its probably closer to junior md/md
Are these numbers base or TC?
