Racism is everywhere after the college level. If people report their day to day racism we'll have to read millions of such articles everyday. People aren't born hating other races, they are brought up that way and hence a lot of times it's even unconscious racism. Racist attitude increases more when people start their jobs out of school. You'll see a lot less racism in universities but as soon as people start working and competing against each other, it increases. The best way to tackle racism is to be racist against racist people irrespective of their race and color 😉

The problem described in the article could happen to anyone, regardless of the race. Why say it is a racism issue? Sounds to me like fb issue.
