Nope, you are just a number no matter how good you are at what you do (or don’t ) so people who make work as “life” do suffer with a lot of issues.
Treat it as work and means of earning and doing something you like with limited control and you will be better off.

Agree. Talk to someone you trust and figure out the reason. But be sure to have a life outside work Not worth it.

In other words life isn’t just work and those who make it work suffer sooner or later. Remember you are just a number for a corporation, doesn’t matter big/small, smart/dumb etc

If you aren’t already, exercise. Stop drinking. Moderate your caffeine intake. Get eight hours sleep per day. Try that for a month and see how you feel.

My performance on my projects is always erratic. Most times the feedback is because am.not very detail oriented
It's not that I dont try, i just miss it no matter how hard i try. And the onslaught of negative feedback kills me. I end up feeling am not doing enough m can never get used to not being good enough. My whole weekend I have had anxiety and knots in my stomach and it ruins each day. To top it all, as Activision mentioned, onsite and tech screens. What if I don't do well in a new company?

You are a big picture thinker. That's the "problem." I was a data analyst (doing poorly, because I was missing details) and now I'm a product designer, killing it. Reconsider your role?

My advice is that you have to figure out what is the cause of your anxiety. Often it is complexed and requires a professional to guide you through it. My life changed a lot after seeking help from a professional.

Not at work but pretty constant health anxiety. Therapy has helped but it takes a while. Medication is an option even if temporary.

Leave the draconian big four and go to a real company. Then re assess. EY is full of losers at the senior ranks

Hey try taking Gallup’s Clifton Strengths poll (or similar) to nail down your strengths, then find a job that matches them

Anxiety about what? If you get constant anxiety at work, it will obviously not be maintainable... should do something about it.

Not necessarily because of work, but just in general I struggle with anxiety...I occasionally see a therapist, and that helps me a lot with stress management. My company covers mental healthcare expenses in/out of network, which I think is pretty cool.
