I have super high anxiety about my life events. I'm soo restless, i can't sit home all day. How to calm my nerves?
Take a day/month/week off of internet and social life, fix yourself. There will never be a perfect reply that has the answer to your questions, there is no perfect human that can fix it, let yourself heal you. Running away from confrontation. Just tel yourself everything you are running away from. It happens but needs to be fixed right.
See a psychiatrist. They can actually help

See a therapist, CBT saved me, I initially thought it was bs.
I’ve done some CBT too. It sounds kooky at first. But, it starts getting you to question your negative thoughts and whether they have any basis in realty.

Try the headspace app for guided meditation. I also do something high intensity to take my mind off current events and give me a mental break, and take off some 'recovery' days to give me a chance to process stuff
Any type of exercise - long walk, cardio classes, yoga.
