I have noticed that most people above L4 writes little code at Google. Most are just people / relationships managers / public speakers. So that basically fucks me up since I lack skills in all of it. Great programming skills only gets you to TC of $300k at max. Programming is really not a valued skill beyond that. Is there anything out there course / group / training anything that helps you build political / people skills?
This isn't true.
RSD
Max cringe. RSD is a proven scam for more than a decade. They pay people and scam ugly betas. Seriously look up puahate and Blackpill science.
those are troll sites but whatever floats ur boat. ppl can point a horse to water but only it can decide
It’s called going into public
Dale Carnegie training
People skills require you to interact with people, not a computer.
Problem is I waste time all day doing programming and that’s what’s expected of me. After few hours of coding it makes me super introverted.

What the fuck that supposed to mean. I already admit the problem and interested in improving my skills.
First, stop using WTF. :) Second, get interested in other people's lives.

Bar environment is much different than offices. You mostly never see people from the bar if you fuck up the interaction.
