Hey Tesla employees, Had a strange request: would anyone be willing to forward Elon a message from me? I tried emailing him from my personal email but it was unsurprisingly blocked. Willing to go into details over DM over content by long story short: I’m sending him an email about how to improve Tesla’s customer service experience. After getting shafted with the recent price change (took delivery of a M3 3 weeks ago and the price went down $8k today), I was inspired to write a relatively short email about my experience and my offer to help turn that around. I know it’s a little unconventional, and before you ask, no I’m not trolling :) But I figured go big or go home. Thanks in advance!

Just guess at a bunch of emails with the Tesla domain. You'll probably reach some customer care team and they'll set you straight within reason. My dad this with Dell when I was a kid. When I asked him then how he did it, he told me he knew Michael Dell's actual email, lol

Don’t bother with your email. There are two people in Elon’s immediate circle that review/filter his emails and only bring his attention to important ones, that’s in addition to other security filters set in place that block personal email domains and there are other various logic filters for blocking certain words, etc

Lol your way of turning it around prob involves a refund to you. Do you know how many people write to him with the same complaint? It’s not new and you’re not unique.
