Any eb3 green card success stories ?
VMware about to apply for my eb3 green card. Should I be concerned ? I have an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley. And am from Bulgaria.

If your are from Bulgaria, there is almost no difference between EB2 and EB3 timewise.

There is. Eb2 is under more scrutiny than eb3, so i’d go with eb3 as both priority dates are current

That's true, I believe. Some of my peers, who were on eb2 and started the GC process at the same time, received their GCs a year later than me, since most of them were audited by the USCIS

Had Eb3. As long as you are not from China or India, you are fine

Eb3 here, non Indian and Chinese. I got my GC after 14 months (even I messed up a bit during the process)
Just get the damn priority date and covert to EB-2 anytime in next 10 years. Its not worth fighting VMware to initialize it in EB-2
