Amazon does look at communication and soft skills but one has to be really bad at it to fail because of poor communication skills. Like can't speak English well enough. Leadership principles are more important. I've seen a technically sound SDE almost not get an offer because of lack of Customer obsession. Had to fight for him in debrief.
Absolutely incorrect. Behavioral interview has heavy weight at FB.
