Grab in Singapore? Probably $80-100. Grab in Seattle? Maybe $130? I suspect the money will be much better at Uber, Google or even where you are. Grab won’t match the offers from many companies. Someone left Grab recently and went back to Microsoft because he said they paid much better.
I heard grab’s CEO saying they are cash positive in many cities. How is Grab different than Uber in terms of business model? Or are you bundling all ride sharing companies together as “unsustainable business model”?
At l4 expect max 100k USD base for Singapore location. Rsus - max 150k usd over 4 yrs, if u stretch.

So you’ve 3 yr exp at Microsoft and an offer from Google? Your post sounds like you’ve been working at Google for 3 yrs. Makes a lot of difference to Grab’s expected TC.
