Any leads on a Corporate Lawyer for suing my employer

I'm being wrongfully terminated by my employer. I went through therepay last year for my mental helth condition. Since then I have been able to turn things around for myself in my personal and professional life. But performance wise last two years have been quite shitty. I've always reported my condition to my manager and he assured me several times that I should not worry about being let go. Also that he has been in touch with the higher management about my health and they've assured full co-operation. Has anyone been in such a situation before. I can use some pointers.

What were you fired for? Guessing it wasn't for any personal condition...

U need employment lawyer not corporate lawyer. Damn.

There is no law that forces employer to keep you on the payroll if you are not performing. If you asked for accommodations, and they did not comply, and your performance was bad, and you got fired - you stand a chance. If you asked for accommodations, they provided, and you still didn't do your job - then its not wrongful.

This. If you didn’t ask for an accommodation or chose not to take a leave when these issues started then you don’t have a claim. They don’t have to keep someone around that is underperforming.

Actually, if you told your boss about your medical condition, your boss is obligated to proactively ask you if you need accommodation. If you had said yes, they are obligated to provide you with reasonable accommodation. That doesn’t mean that they must keep you around if you’re not performing, though. If you truly believe that they are discriminating and that lead to a wrongful termination, speak with someone at the EEOC.

I need this too . My boss is harassing too he keeps irritating me for things I don’t control he clearly knows the other person is at fault but keeps shouting at me . I have enough material to sue my employer for mental harassment

I create a a email threads and action table . Even though I do my bit it’s a project not my own project . I need others to chip in or drop out. None of them turn up to work. But they get promotions and raises he denied me all . He keeps harassing me for stuff I don’t control. He has a wiered fantasy I am the only one not doing anything while rest all are working . I told him talk to hr work a way out of transition it’s not gonna work and I don’t wanna make it work with you.i was working for another manager before who was fair and data driven . This guy knows nothing he cannot even understand problem. When other person is clearly at fault instead of using his power to censure them he attacks someone proactively working and tracking
