I’m looking at houses in West New York, NJ. This seems to be an unexplored area. You can reach Times Square (PABT) in literally like 25 mins ? Not sure what the catch is. Jersey City and other places in Manhattan are literally unaffordable.
- ITG QMbS26OPGotcha. I was thinking more from an investment perspective. Buy at a medium price and get a cash flow of 6-10%. Even though it’s a bad School district, people who work in the city still prefer staying in areas closer to the city with easy access to transportation. Thoughts ?
