@owo, @arfington definitely possible. Over the years I’ve kind of learned by trial and error what works for me and what doesn’t.
Any type of high energy food, besides being difficult to estimate, makes me hungry in no time, regardless of how much energy it has. So I stick to relatively basic foods - eggs, meat, yogurts (unsweetened of course), cheese, veggies, some bread here and there.
Also, I’m a weakling when it comes to candy and stuff like that. I asked my wife to either not buy it, or hide it from me. I usually pig out over the Halloween.
I’m a big dude, and it’s very difficult for me to lose weight unless I count every calorie I eat. Likewise if I don’t watch my diet I absolutely blow up. This leads me to either get extremely fucking fat or put on muscle like there’s no tomorrow. Or a bit of both I guess.
