Work here if you are passionate about the company and the mission. But what everyone else said up top is true.
Funny. I’m paid pretty well, am challenged daily, love the mission, the products (not just cars), and never exceed 45 hours per week for 5 years now. Every company has naysayers and they’re always the loudest.

It’s funny how little we know about the TC of Tesla folks — some are paid peanuts, while others seem to be paid market value. For those of us interested/curious, can tesla folks on this thread share their position, yearly refreshers and starting RSUs?

Can confirm the same thing about Tesla. Working 60h for paltry pay. Got two offers from them, and after the second one they told me they'd "throw my resume in the trash next time they saw it".
