Corporate Admins can grab logs at anytime on Slack, so it’d have to be your own server. Even DMs I heard
Should be something similar to blind, but specific to a company and no admins should be allowed.

I'm at Google but a good amount of us also want to unionize. I'd say Signal is the most secure, but Discord also sounds interesting although I know nothing about it. I don't trust Slack though. Self-hosted or distributed is best to avoid being shut down.
