Back on suing employer for improper termination or pushing/pressuring to resign ( PIP, bad on your record), I wanted to do it and at least one other was going to join me. However, many told me we would be labeled “anti employer” and future employers would blacklist you. Just for that, I didn’t proceed - but I’m sure I had/have a good case.
Job offer negotiation? When I saw the post title question, I was ready to give you a good lawyer who will sue the living shit out of bad actors screwing with workers. Don’t think she does job negotiating though.
