I’m going through the offer paperwork for Apple, and there is an opt-out clause in the arbitration agreement document. Can anyone who has opted out share their experience?

If you opt out and they retaliate, you can take ‘em to court for it. :D
I mean apple underpays contractors and ducking one time food caterers because they can outlitigate them. Only way you can get good lawyering is if your side of the case is good Not legal advice, no experience
Ducking caterers; does this mean they order food and then just stiff them and say "good luck getting paid"?
That’s the exact story I heard from an employee of a catering company apple did that to. It came up in the context of me interviewing for apple, and I was pretty shocked
