Anyone try MuTu system for diastasis recti?
Would like to know if MuTu system or anything else for diastasis recti works from someone who has tried it.

Would like to know if MuTu system or anything else for diastasis recti works from someone who has tried it.
I tried it but in the end it was hard for me to really connect with the exercises without a physical therapist. The first time I went to see her she released my hip flexor and I felt better than I have in years. I think a PT is best if you are in pain but MUTU will help you with the basics to correct your posture.
