Affirm seemed legit... was worried about strike price and 2 year commitment to get 10 year exercise window though.
2 years sound reasonable since they are extending the window to 10 years after that. Protects them from job hoppers and also gives candidates a longer window if they leave after putting in a reasonable amount of time in the company.
