Anyone who bought a house in the bay area in the recent past (~3 years) and regret it already? For reasons like commute, bad schools, bad community or for putting yourself in a financially tight spot? Would like to learn more.
Which area did you buy in
Bought 3 1/2 years ago, glad I did versus not but looking to sell soon and get out of the bay. Would definitely not buy now
Thought the ipo wave is supposed to lift the prices even higher. Your thoughts on it?
Bought in Seattle a year ago. Oops
Didn’t home prices double in the Bay Area over the last 4 years?
Meaning the risk is much higher now.
Anyone else worried about the overdue huge earthquake due in the Bay Area?
School ratings went down in past year. Felt bad I bought but still in profit
I’m still up 400k according to Redfin, but I’m not going anywhere
Bought end of 2017. Commute is getting worse but lot of the blame is from Google. Takes more than 10 minutes to get into Mtv from shoreline or 101. I feel I bought near the peak. I don't really see bargains today but it's definitely not as hot as 2017.
