AppDynamics work life balance?
What is the work / life balance for a field sales rep at AppDynamics? Would be really interested to hear from those with young children. Are you away from your family a lot or is it flexible enough to not miss the important things?

It depends on the region and account list. Some patches there’s virtually no travel (other than SKO, QBR’s and training), some patches expect 2 nights a week on average, tops. Expect to work a lot though. Nights and weekends are expected - I average 55-60 hours a week.
Would you mind me asking how much made last year? Your Return on 60 hour weeks?

A little over 350k plus a little under 100k in vested RSU’s. But I had two deals slip at the end of year in January. Which cost me over 200k in commissions.
I was told that trave will be mon to friday ( but this is for professional services)
