Hi! Wondering how the Boston and Cupertino (HQ) Apple offices compare? What are the perks of working in those locations? How is live in those areas in general? TC: 210k
Always head quarters
Why would you say that? Please elaborate?
Are you new to the industry? Headquarters will always have the best projects, funding , etc. Hence faster promotions, better raises, etc
New grad, yes. What if supervisor and most of the team is in a smaller office?
Remote office culture (depending on size or remote office and offset timeline) is generally nice because you can form your own culture for your team. The cons is generally around promotion / visibility and getting a seat at the table for the stuff that becomes important. You also don’t get a feel of what it’s really like working for a big company, but that might be a good thing.
Which office do you work from?
What’s your level and role at Apple? The Boston office is small
Engineering role, don’t want to say more.
