Apple 2nd Onsite
First onsite went well, Recruiter said good feedback all around. I’m being asked to return to meet a couple of more x-fxn partners, tour a facility, and meet with HR. Idk how to prepare for the HR part. Never did that before in my previous interviews w/ other companies. I get nervous and tongue tied when IDK what to expect! What do HR ask in interviews???
What role and background? If you don’t mind , can you please share your experience from 1st round of interview ?
Sure! It’s a non-tech role in logistics. Went through phone screen w/ hiring manager where I talked about my current role and why I applied. Met with hiring manager, would-be direct reports, and manager’s boss at onsite. All questions were really about how my experience relates with the role. A lot of hypothetical and “can you tell me about a time” kind of stuff. No curveball questions whatsoever, but they wanted thorough answers, so a lot of follow up questions.
