My Friend, I am a PM at Cisco. It really depends on which team you will join. I honestly think coming from Apple to Cisco at G11 is a downgrade What don’t you love about Apple? I heard SW group are treat “so so”
Base is mid ICT4 range which means you have a room to grow in to 5 soon. Also base is just increased by 5k which you will get increased in this fall review anyway. You need to think if its worth taking cultural change, work life balance etc etc for just a bit increase in TC. If you dont like what u do then why not change team internally?

Downgrading to Cisco from Apple and taking a roughly 50k pre-tax pay cut? No. Even if it's for more "interesting" work, which it won't be because it's Cisco.
