With the announcement of the failure of AirPower, got me thinking. At least they were wise enough to ’can it’ instead of releasing a half baked product to the world. But they seriously must have JUST cancelled it since since it’s mentioned on the new AirPods case and other examples. 1) The #1 Top hardware failure = MacBook Pro v3 keyboard. This is the top failure because they’ve had YEARS to fix it, and this is the best they’ve done. Yes, better with the silicone. No, not a fix. 2/3) MacBook Pro v2, v1 keyboard 4) tons of GPU issues 5) iPhone and now the new iPad “bendgate”. 6) iPhone touch disease. 7) “Can’t innovate my ass” Mac Pro thermal disaster I mean the list goes on. Don’t get me wrong. I still think Apple is one of the top companies, I still am fully in their product line. They do have more scrutiny than any other company but it’s clear, their quality is dropping. To me they need to re-evaluate keeping their VP of hardware. What do you guys think. Will they turn things around, especially with modular MacPro 2019? Hopefully completely redesigned keyboard MacBook Pro 16” 2019. Or will they continue to slip making costly hardware mistakes.
Or maybe it is really really really hard to make modern day electronics. At least I don’t have to worry about my Apple phones spontaneously combusting... Samsung note anyone
Then what company has great QA?
