Apple Offer Evaluation
Can anyone evaluate this offer, please? I am a new grad with MS of a good university in the US. I just got an offer from Apple for SoC Physical Design role with base salary: 125k (plus overtime pay as needed during tape out period), RSU (over 4 years): 50k, Sign-on bonus: 50k. Can anyone help me make any decision between Apple and Nvidia(Base: 132k, RSU: 12k for 4 years, Sign-on: 50k in 2 years). Also, how are RSU refreshers in Apple SoC team? Thanks

For ICT2 expect a 3k refresher, 2+ yrs to get moved to ICT3.

What about WLB ?
RSU refreshers are better in the PD team and that is a solid offer for a NCG. Your refreshers would be much better than Nvidias refreshers.
