Apple Siri IC4 offer expectation
Levels.fyi data for Apple IC4 range is all over the place. I was curious what can I really expect in terms of total compensation while negotiation. TC 325k YOE: 6

Depends on your other offers. Get an offer from FB. Ict4 is so broad, they can easily earn more than a ict5 with the right circumstances.
Everybody is being clever by only giving verbal offers. I have offers from OCI(350k), Dropbox (haven't received numbers yet). I don't really use/like Facebook(various reasons) and hence didn't interview there. I am waiting on my Google feedback but won't be accepting a down level which has happened to almost every friend; let's see if I am an unlikely exception.
Based on your response, seems like there is scope for 350k+, or do they not respect Dropbox and OCI offers?
IC4 or ICT4? They are different
Apple won't be able to match even your current comp! May be a maximum of 300k including annual bonus is possible if you negotiate like anything..
and I know a friend who got 350K+ with 3.5 years of work ex ICT4 in the bay area.
Search for "Siri jg", people mentioned pay is very high in Siri, even 450k for ict4.
Everyone has some friend who got a rocket high TC in every company but this is Blind. Yoy have to trust levels.fyi because thats the tc veda. End of the day its your intvw performance, company’s desperation, num of candidates, other offers etc etc everything matters but ignore all that and belive only that friend of friend of someone on blind.
350k isn't rocket high in the bay area btw. Another thing, it's an actual friend. Your comment is pretty generic and doesn't help really. A better use of your time would be to just not comment and not do anything really.
