After I said yes, he officially notice me “there may be a chance of executive management rejecting the proposal and drop the base at most by 5,000.” Then he ask me if this is going to be showstopper. What should I do? What should I reply?
Protest outside Apple HQ until the full 150k salary is given.

They usually stick to their word and I am sure you can negotiate a sign on bonus and they should be more flexible on that
No that is not common. However you might be able to negotiate a higher signing bonus or 20k stock higher.
Take it and in a year you ll have so much stock you won’t care about 5k
