Apple offer evaluation

Was offered the following split for ICT5 position in hardware engg. Base: 200k Rsu: 250k Sign on: 80k No mention of bonus or amount of Rsu refresh. I have relevant 14yoe with 6 at QC. Think it's a good position but not sure about the offer. It's not much more than my current TC (not accounted for bonus or Rsu refreshes). Recommendations? If I have to draw a line in the sand, how much is reasonable for this org?

You need to clarify on refreshers then. Take it in writing: this seems like an awe fully low offer. TC for ICT5 should be upwards of 350k

My SW role ICT4 offer is better than this... Is HW really that low? I would expect ICT5 to have 500k+ rsu grant.

Bro u need to negotiate. ESP on RSU .. but sadly it’s Apple they won’t budge . The philosophy here is you only deserve money if u perform lol

It's very low for ICT5. May I know what exact role you had applied for in hardware engineering. I don't think hardware engineers at apple are getting less pay like this
