Getting a 130/85/20 offer for hardware team in Austin. MS, 5 Yoe. Is this low?

What's the role, ASIC? I think that you might want to re-negotiate. They might not budge on the Base, but believe me, they might bump the RSU's to 130K. 85K as stock is good, but it can definitely go up. Congratulations and all the best!
Is that the break down per year (235KTC)? If so it’s a decent offer, can probably negotiate another 15K. Need more info about the stat breakdown.
Base might be a little low if your skills are really in demand, but the best way to get them to negotiate on that is a competing offer. 85k RSU/yr seems really good, that's the annual amount and not the total over four years?
How much were you expecting in Austin? 300k TC?
