Matches my offer last year exactly for the same group. I had 4yrs experience, so I think it’s a good offer.

I'm in HW with 2yoe in Cupertino and make almost exactly that, although my stock is closer to 150 from 2 refresh cycles. I started at ICT2 and became 3 after 1.5 years.
