Had an onsite last Thursday. Have competing offers from other companies and I let the recruiter know of it . But the recruiter is not getting back with a decison even after several emails. She keeps telling me she'll get back with a decison soon. What else can I do to push them to give a faster decision?
You sent several emails within one week? That’s too much
I would say go for other companies. Apple has lost their Midas touch. Also, whenever I interview there, people’s expression would be like ‘I’m already suffering here, why you want to join?’ 😂 There is no energy in people, they are just there for money and stickers to vest..
My experience was different. I really liked the people and things they were working on. I actually have an offer which I think Apple may not match but would still be ok since the team was amazing.
If you have an offer that Apple can’t match then there is no reason to wait. All companies are doing better tech than Apple, esp on Bay area.
I think I know you, we decided to not move forward with you 😂

Apple usually replies quickly for their first choice candidate. It could be that they're keeping you on old until theor first choice replies?

All you can do is wait. It's been less than a week; while they can expedite, they can only go as fast as the interviewers who submit the feedback
