In general what is the structure of Apple's compensation. It seems to be as follows. I am thinking mostly about ICT4 and ICT5. I am curious about the latter since there are very few datapoints available. For ICT4 it seems to be Joining bonus: 30k-80k Base: 160k-200k Initial stock: around 200k Bonus: 10-15% of base Stock refresher: 0-100% of base (what would you say is the median? Since it appears to be org dependent, please mention your org) First year: x/4 (joining) + x + 1.25x/4 (stock) +x/10 (1st bonus) Is this correct? What about ICT5?
RSU refresh is best in Eddy’s org. But instead of coming to Apple, try fb/google/twitter. Their initial RSUs should be much more, making their offer better in general
How about Dan's org? I will also interview with f/g and even Amazon and others. I believe that Apple has an interest in my specific background and they "may" give me a better offer than others or that I may end up working on something more interesting. Are you thinking of moving to f/g/t?
