Apple referral EPM

I interviewed for an EPM job in the OS team at Apple in September. That didn't pan out because the hiring manager got replaced after my conversation with him and the new hiring manager didn't think I had the right skillset. But it did make me want another shot for a role I have the right skillset for. I've been applying to other roles since then but not a single request for interview. I was wondering if someone at Apple could help me with a referral. Or maybe some resume tips, or cover letter tips. I just really want another shot.
