I suppose to get verbal offer today and what are the lost of things to check for Apple verbal offer? Yoe 10 Base, initial stock, sign on, yearly bonus(is this usually 10%?), yearly refresher, healthcare and anything else?

There is no yearly bonus... at least it not written on offer letter.. it based on your boss and how much you contribute to company overall..:(
