Applied at lot of positions at Aamzon online was not even able get 1 recruiter call, Am I doing something wrong? Even referrals didn’t work?

Idk. I did the same. Applied to several positions. Had maybe 4 different recruiters reach out on their own as well via email with me giving a prompt response showing interest and still could never get anyone on the phone. Used the same resume for Google and am going to 3rd round interview with them so not sure what the hell is wrong with amazon.
Maybe this is an indicator that you got saved from PIP and/or Devplan. People get that like free candies here. Lucky you!

Applying to many positions I think is red flagged by recruiting. Try to be more deliberate in the jobs you apply for.
This. You cannot randomly apply for - mobile PM, infra, UX and whatever. It will come across as someone who is a random generalist that doesn’t really bring much skill set to the table.
At Amazon, it does not appear to be a red flag, at least based on some of the candidate profiles I’ve looked at.
