Applying for jobs via Workday - It's so boring and not that good. What's your thought?
I have applied via Workday for numerous jobs. But its so boring and not that good. Why do many reputed companies use it? I don't understand. What's your thought?

They make u have separate workday account for each company. So Account 1: Google app Account 2: Netflix app Account 3: uber app1 and uber app2.

Workday sucks. It just sucks less than the other big HR software. Anyone remember PeopleSoft before Oracle bought them Enterprise software tends to be a very low bar
