Applying to AirBnB 1.5YOE
AirBnB has on their application page that applicants with less than 2 years of full-time experience should apply in the New Grad pipeline. I’m at about a year and a half and have been promoted once already in my current role. Would going through New Grad pipeline for AirBnB put me back at square one?

Don’t wait, don’t go through new grad pipeline . They will overlook their dumb rule. Esp if you’ve been promoted

Are u at level 60 or 61? 60 is still considered new grad because it’s still SDE1.

See if you can go through the L4 pipeline. If you go through new grad pipeline, you’ll get a L3 offer, and at least one more year of exceeds expectation rating to have a shot at L4.
