Applying to Facebook via multiple accounts

I applied to Facebook a week ago but didn't hear back anything and now the more qualified role is open on their website for me but my maximum chances is finished, can I apply by different account, is there any risk in this?

WTF. It’s not your company or call to make people stay away from FB. Let the interviewer and HR decide that

I think you should not apply using different accounts. What works for me the best is by creating good connections through LinkedIn with recruiters at FB. Do not be intrusive, try to showcase your strengths in intro messages to recruiters.

Can you give an example of what to write ?

I tried to stay in touch with the recruiter and just let them know you’re genuinely interested in getting an opportunity to interview. Let them know the previous role was not your area of expertise and the new one suits your background more. I got a second chance with another company like this. It might work.

Does fb have algo's to sift through job applications and resumes?

They can pretty easily detect you with different accounts. They can look at all your personal contact and recent experience, unless you can like and become a different person. Even if you change personal contact, its hard to change personal experience because it goes thru background check
