Applying to New Jobs
Is it not smart to apply now to new jobs before the holidays? Want to make sure the timing is appropriate. Looking to apply to a few startups and other companies. Thanks,

I interviewed during 4Q2018 and started my current job end of 1Q2019. I’d say just keep hounding your recruiters as most wont want to go in for interviews around this time of year.
What if there isn’t a direct POC on the application? I received an email after I submitted my application and they sent an auto no reply email thanking me for applying and they will get back to me. It’s been about three weeks and I’d like to know my status. Should I leverage LinkedIn?
Keep applying recruiters are still active. They might shortlist you for the headcount early next year the moment it opens up.
