Hey folks, Looking to exploit the winter deals that are available, specifically in the Cap Hill or Bell town area. Looking for a studio or 1BR with a landed cost of 1800 or less (including move in specials). Let me know if you're looking to refer someone to the apt so you can keep the referral bonus. A couple of things that are important 1. Proximity to 550 or the connector to Bellevue 2. Grocery store near by 3. General bars / restaurant near by 4. Somewhat of a night life

The whole town closes at like 9 pm because its all families.

It's right across from Still Liquor, 5 minute walk from Rhino Room/Q/bars. The studio is spacious and the building is well maintained. 2 minute walk from the connector stop as well. Interested?
