How's the comp at Arista? And how does the evaluation for every year for comp go at Arista? Considering a switch.
The base is pretty average, but you make up quite a chunk in RSU’s and annual bonus. The yearly raise and bonus % is highly based on the performance review which happens every six months. Or that’s what they say
