Hi, are MBA/MS necessary to be considered for PM roles? I have a BS in Business and about 6 YOE in Operations (to include Supply Chain & Product Development exp). I have had zero luck in obtaining a PM role. Been thinking of getting an MBA/MS degree to get in. Any advice?
I started as a business analyst, then moved to product analyst, then PM. Get yourself into the "front-end" / customer facing (whatever you want to call it) part of your organization and focus on working your way up
Current Product Analyst, want to transition to PM. Any suggestions or tips that worked for you?
No. I used to be a PM and only have an undergrad.
Grad school is helpful if you don't have a name brand UG or weak network.
