1. Mediocre people you work with - most of them are from Microsoft, and do not know what they're talking about. Never realized MSFT was so poor until I joined Oracle. 2. Incompetent managers - some of them are there just because of connections. They are not qualified to be Dev managers. 3. No clear directions - you'll find yourself changing priority / focus pretty often your productivity drops to zero. 4. No proper tooling. You'll be doing shit stuff that's probably automated elsewhere instead of doing proper work. I plan to leave very soon after my stocks vest.
