I want to interview with them but their process is - interview with engg manager > online coding challenge > 2 × 1 hr video interviews > onsite interview. Has anyone else had such a long interview process with them? It's getting hard for me to fit in so many as I'm interviewing with other companies and have to take out time for actual doctor's appointments a couple of days a week. Would it be inapproriate to ask them if they could reduce it to one video interview?
That interview process is pretty typical for engineering.
Typical? Seriously!
This seems to be a bit lengthy...two videos screens is a bit much
I thought Asanas process was the best of the places I went thru
Asana is rich kids playground. They're not in a rush.

I’m at the coding challenge part. Debating whether I should do it
Same here. I'm done with the coding challenge. I'm not sure if I want to go ahead with the rest.
In the phone chat the HM told me hiring has been hard for them. I wonder if it’s because of the hoops you need to jump through.
