A friend of mine has a 2 year old kid. He was wondering what preschool his boy should attend so he can make it into FANG in 20 years.
What’s a three fiddy?

Big gamer? What does that even mean? How does it help?

Why is this three fiddy asking for advice...
UC Berkeley is good for CS, although you likely already knew that. The classes there are very fast paced and competitive. One big advantage of Berkeley is that the requirements for graduation are actually not that high since they don't make you take that many classes and if your kid wants to get his diploma as soon as possible to start working and making money then Cal would be perfect for that. I had friends in CS and EECS graduate and go to good companies after only 2.5 to 3 years in school. Also knew people who double and even triple majored and still graduated in 4 years. Not really possible at most other universities. There is some of that liberal SJW crap but its mostly watered down or almost absent in the college of engineering.
Purdue, Gatech, UCLA, UT Austin, CMU, UC Berkeley to name a few. Now it depends on what he wants to pursue. The university might not even be on this list

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
Get out of here with your bragging.
