Atlassian P7-P8 Level $$ exceptions ?

Wrapped up my interview on-site in MTV this week, HR informed to get back to me. I am very certain ill get an offer this role in Enterprise Architect for Sales + Marketing Role. This is the role key part to Marketing and Sales Team, reporting to Head of Department (HOD) who is Senior Director HR told on level-match this would be around the upper band of P7 or lower of P8 and still working to get back. I am interested in Austin and MTV but what should I expect in compensation in each city? Levels.fyi don't have much about Atlassian, but Work-life-balance and work-culture look fascinating and cool. Any Atlassian employees, please advise. Current TC (P7 Lead, lower side of band recently promoted) - ~460k/year (Base - 210k/year + RSU (350 Units)+Non-ISO = $205k/year + Annual Bonus 20% cash = ~42k and ESPP (15%) with 2 years lookback) since we still get stock units and options of NON-ISO type. My TC varies from 460k-510k as it depends heavily on stock price with options in hand and ESPP, honestly, for the last five years I am getting an average 48% discount because of stock appreciation and two years look back. I am told no ESPP match therein Atlassian Working in the industry since 2008, in wide varied roles in core engineering to product design now more geared toward the business side Thanks for your help
