Atlassian Sydney P4/P5
I have just joined Atlassian in Sydney. This is TC I got at P4: 25k AUD sign on 120k AUD base 15k AUD stock per year(60k AUD in total). Does anyone know what is TC for P5? 7 yoe + was relocated from overseas
Btw do you know the tc for MSFT/Goog in Sydney?
I'm so sorry. Move to Melbourne, there's no way you can afford to live in a nice area of Sydney on that purse.
I think you can get around 250k aud TC MAX as P5 (senior swe). However, given high tax rates and sky rocket property prices, you would not be able to buy a decent house in Sydney. Aus sucks for tech :((
What's this high tax rate? It's exactly the same as CA.
I think it is higher, any income > 180k is taxed at 45% rate
Looks like a typical p4 offer. P5 in Sydney starts from 130k bonus is 15% not sure about stock I think it starts from 80k for 4 years
Dude I’m sorry, AUD salaries suck for tech :’( That seems inline with what other aussies I know get.
