How does career growth look like at Atlassian (Sydney), coming as a new grad? Heard that growth in Atlassian was relatively slow, looking for any anecdotes to prove or disprove that. Also, are stock refreshes granted?

Mate, you're in Sydney. It's a pretty solid option if you want to move to the valley. Nothing else here will give you that.
