I have last interview with Atlassian where they will discuss around core values of Atlassian followed by Manager round. Any suggestions around how to prepare for this round?

It's the "don't be an asshole" check. They'll ask you about how you've handled difficult situations in the past. Show humility and healthy communication skills and you'll be fine.

Recently cleared interview there. Read about their 4 core values and come up with a situation from your past experience where you demonstrated the values.

I don't work on Jira and I'm not in Sydney so nobody else in the company can provide a single airborne fornication about me or my role or the product(s) I work on. If that's ok with you, have at it. If not, keep looking.

I think MTV and SF are the main offices represented here. Not much Blind in Sydney.

MTV still had the manager and values interviews combined. Not sure about SF.

As I understand it things are a little more structured and standardized in Sydney. Basically, though the values interview is behavioral questions designed to show examples of the values in your career.

Read up on the values, but basically just be prepared for it like just about any behavioral interview - and the same general advice applies. Keep examples positive, don't go all deer in the headlights if asked for an example of something (it's in general better to stretch an analogy than respond "no" or give an example too simple to provide any details in)

Anything else we should keep in mind apart from core values in behavioral interview questions?

In general just regular behavioral focused stuff. Don't be an jerk, give positive examples. Show that you can learn (whether from missteps or positive experiences.)

One thing that is somewhat Atlassian specific is that this is a very collaboration focused company (both in our products and the way we tend to work, although there will be exceptions on a few teams) so try to avoid very lone wolf/"I went heads down and wrote the whole project myself") sort of examples.
