Can anyone give some lights on Atlassian on-site interview process
What role? Dev? Read up on the company values and culture. The manager interview is mainly culture and interpersonal interaction focus, have some sense of how your work style and past interactions map to at least some of the company values, be able to give some examples. Tech part is pretty standard. New here but pretty impressed so far.
Any prep guide for coding + algorithm + systems design
Ask your recruiter if there's an official one. From my loop a couple months ago, coding and algorithms were pretty well blended and they were the second hardest of my current set, but nowhere near as hard as for a senior role at Google (which I didn't pass and was a dynamic programming with backtracking one) or a couple of years ago when I was hired at FB (ditto on the backtracking; IIRC the harder FB question was coding a subset of regex). Beyond the usual advice that you should look for faster (e.g. linear time if the easy solution is n log on n²) all I can really say is it was pretty standard. The systems design was very open ended of the usual "design an X if we didn't have an existing solution" for a common open source thing. My interviewer asked a lot of followup questions whicu felt very difficult and coming out I thought I didn't do well but since I got hired I guess I got through the easy part quickly :)
